Wow I could not agree with you more. People always looked at me and because I was never really “fat” or really big, they figured I was in O.K. shape. And I was not at all…
I would tell them I’m not in good shape, just because I would never work out or exercise and I just felt out of shape. I started doing my home fitness routine which actually caused me to gain weight, but good weight because I turned all that loose skin and fat, right into muscle, it was cool.
